Bolton: NK sat in council chamber and rejected it. That resolution had a clear effect on NK.
Kerry: What was the effect.
Bolton: That they understand how isolated they are. You'll notice in the papers that China has started to do something about NK's banking. All UN members have to cease supplying NK.
Kerry: Let's come back to the precise because it's a precise world we live in. I have the paper in front of me. It says demands that they stop supplying. BUt it doesn't say it will seek sanctions - Chapter 7 sanctions.
Bolton: We didn't seek Chapter 7 sanctions.
Kerry - you always have been and always will be a Class A fool.
