Bolton is making mincemeat out of Kerry. Kerry says you don't have Russia, China and South Korea. Bolton says we do. The resolution "demands". The NoKos walked out of the chamber.
I know President Bush hasn't done everything right, but nominating Bolton alone makes his Presidency worth it.
