Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton's brother Anthony D. Rodham has been barred from accessing his bank account while a bankruptcy trustee demands that he repay more than $100,000 in loans from a carnival company whose founder was pardoned by President Clinton, filings in federal bankruptcy court in Alexandria show.
Mr. Rodham, one of Mrs. Clinton's two brothers, received $107,000 in loans from United Shows of America Inc. after its owners obtained the presidential pardon over the objections of the Justice Department.
United Shows went bankrupt in 2002, and control of its finances was placed in the hands of court-appointed trustee Michael E. Collins, who has sought to garnish Mr. Rodham's wages.
A consent order filed Tuesday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia said Mr. Rodham is barred from taking money out of a bank account containing about $142,000, pending a hearing next month.
Last year, Mr. Collins won a default judgment against Mr. Rodham in a complaint filed in bankruptcy court in Nashville, Tenn. The trustee sought repayment of the loans, plus more than $40,000 in interest.

HBO has/is in the midst of getting rid of ALL of their good shows. This is the last year of DEADWOOD, same thing with ROME, and THE SOPRANOS ( which has been awful, for the last few years ) is on its last bit. That will soon leave me NOTHING to watch on that channel, except an occasional movie.
It is just getting harder and harder to launder and/or obtain funds from pre-bankruptcy companies these days.
In finance, there is a predictive measure called the Altman z-score that comes in useful here. Maybe he regularly screens companies in this manner for some easy looting.

The other brother was indicted for some cockamamie fraud acam, but was pardoned by Slick.

A carnival can be a circus, or a fair with rides & games, or both. And it may include a Freakshow, though that is becoming un-PC.
Carnival companies travel around the country, setting up for about a week in town & cities. They are probably the closest thing we have to Gypsies in the USA.

You would think the judge would understand that how Clinton-Rodhams earn money in this world. It was a payment made directly in return for the Presidential pardon. Hill's bro "earned" that money for Bubba's blantant feathering-via-pardon scene. Now they won't let him have it.?!! The nerve. Why just think what the Marc Rich pardon must have earned the Clinton-Rodham family. How can the Rodhams succeed if judges seal Bubba's payola funds?
