OMG! That man is so much like my dad. He probably was looking for a red and white shirt to go with his blue pants. LOL Just where was Laura? LOL

Thank you for adding JemiansTerror to the list. We have so many promises about the efficacy of prayer and concerted prayer at that! Prayer makes a difference. I will let you all know from time to time how JT is doing. Or, better still, he might be posting directly from his "camping trip."

I'm keeping you and Jonathan in my prayers -- I've got a feeling Jonathan's going to keep his guardian angel very busy!

I think you'd need to be Commander-in-Chief of our nation's finest people to be able to wear that shirt and get away with it.

WHO IS THAT MAN WITH THE VP? He was on my plane coming home from DC, and I knew I'd seen that face!

You have to admit it's a fun shirt and he seems to be a real guy. Like my dad, once he's put it on and is pleased with it, no amount of whining from the peanut gallery will get him to change.

That's very true. I work with people in that very situation. The first generation had a hard time, but the ones who came after are very conservative and very patriotic. They love this country. Thanks for pointing that out.

What is caster sugar?
I'm with you -- I do not like the dunkin' donuts type. I prefer the really bad for you, yeast donuts, glazed with sugar, filled with, as you say, raspberry, or perhaps lemon (ah, lemon!), or other fruit.
I like bear claws, chocolate-covered donuts (I usually spell it doughnuts, but in keeping with what's already posted, I defer to today's spelling), apple donuts,
apple crumb cake (uh oh, I digress) LOL. I hardly ever eat any of them, however. The last time I had a real donut was about a month ago, and it had been well over a year before that when I ate one. So I dream.

No one likes change, even when it's in one's best interests. Long term, this is a big country we will be stronger for it.

I love the chocolate iced glazed cruller and they deliver to my grocery store daily, plus the gas stations. It's the bomb! Trust me!
