Thus far, it doesn't seem like they've been afforded their full rights for something as simple as getting on the wrong bus."Are non citizens afforded the same rights as citizens?
If so, we are in trouble.

Lying - and giving false homeland information to the police SHOULD result in immediate deportation and permanent loss of visa privilege.Absolutely!

Actually, they need to be put on the next plane out. And somebody better go and disinfect the University of Southern Florida, home to Sami Al Ahrian (I'm quite sure I spelled his name wrong), and seemingly a hot bed of terrorists and wannabes.

I wonder who the regular bus driver was (and how they would have known there was a substitute)?
Lots of questions about this.

Seems to be the cautious thing to do.
How often to non-students get on a bus, much less Middle Eastern fellows when we are fighting a war on terror?

They need to be held until a through background check is done. Perhaps it would be a good idea to trace their telephone calls over the last moth or so to see whom they have been calling and who has called them. If only there were such a database that the government could freely search ...

Bedier called the court's decision to revoke bond an overreaction and tied to the men being Arabic and Muslim. It was his right to say that, and everyone else's right to ignore the statement. If the court was wrong, at least we can be sure no panties will be placed on their heads by prison guards.

I believe the terrorists have sent the US a message, we can hit you anytime we want and we can strike at the thing you really care about, your children.
Too many people are so busy fighting the president and the people trying to protect us to see the danger has not gone away regardless of the lack of terrorists strikes since 9/11.

I'm saying that they are generally arrogant, rude, and genuinely inconsiderate.
At least those I met in Houston in the eighties.
