This is tragic, and maddening! Don't the creeps who run that place at least do ultrasounds before they carry out the sentence? I guess not, that would humanize things a bit too much.
Criminal charges should be in the works here.

Partially decomposed, actually...this child was 6lbs. 4oz. (at least) when he was killed...(Mother was more like six months-not six weeks pregnant, IMO)...this is DISGUSTING!

Welcome to the not-so-secret, deep-dark secret of abortion.
Either abortions are never done after 12 weeks, or they are never prosecuted.
Given the sheer number of abortions and abortion providers, I'm thinking that the answer is that they are never prosecuted.
Locally, it is not a secret among the medical community who is a little (lot!) lax in determining the age of the baby.
