It is starting to look like an attempted coup by Dems using the court system. Does not matter if anything sticks, just repeat it long enough and people will start to believe it. Also fits into the Dems campaign slogan of "Ending the Culture of Corruption".

I hate the judicial system, but the GOP better start playing the same game as the Demoncraps or they will be out of a job by November.

Ok. Since this isn't a Scrappleface link, I must assume some grand jury in Kentucky has lost their collective brain(s)?

Governing while conservative?

No...it isn't the silliness thread, although that is probably the most poorly written article I've seen in some time, I'll agree.

Conspiracy to commit political discrimination sounds like he was planning not to hire someone because they were a Democrat.

Doesn't make sense to me - don't Presidents discriminate when they pick a bunch of cronies for their cabinets and judicial appointments? More esplanin to come I hope.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that this political discrimination charge is politically motivated. ;o) No wait. I better wait for Nancy Grace to tell me what to think about this...
