'Political discrimination'? What the hell is that????
Ok. Since this isn't a Scrappleface link, I must assume some grand jury in Kentucky has lost their collective brain(s)?
Governing while conservative?
Conspiracy to commit political discrimination sounds like he was planning not to hire someone because they were a Democrat.
I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that this political discrimination charge is politically motivated. ;o) No wait. I better wait for Nancy Grace to tell me what to think about this...
Where the heck do they get these names and can we have some fun with that name or what?

By Ryan Alessi
HERALD-LEADER STAFF WRITER
Gov. Ernie FletcherThe special grand jury thats been investigating state government hiring practices indicted Gov. Ernie Fletcher on three misdemeanors for conspiracy, official misconduct and political discrimination.
The jury also indicted former Transportation Cabinet official Sam Beverage for perjury, which is a felony.
And the jury also submitted to Franklin Circuit Judge William Graham 14 more indictments that are under seal.
Those indictments cover crimes that may have occurred before Aug. 29, 2005, when Fletcher pardoned all administration officials except himself.
I'm guilty, too. I buy from conservative talk radio hosts' sponsors like pro-flowers
Smells like a Tom DeLay hit job to me.

I really don't understand this. I never heard of political discrimination so hopefully later their will be more news on this. I can't believe another Republican is in trouble. I actually hope that due to my ignorance that I just don't know what the heck this is and maybe this is not as bad as it seems to be.
Can someone explain this in layman's terms??
