Without sauce I think it's only about 4000 calories.

You ever stop at Prasheks (ms?) near El Campo?

Every time we head down south, and sometimes on the way back home. They have the best jerky! And their Garden Cheese is yummy.

I start with Edy's Chocolate Chip cookie dough ice cream, (or their girl scout cookie flavor -the mint kind is an acceptable substitute), add a bag of plain M&m's, let soften slightly, stir, and top with Smucker's hot fudge and whipped cream.

When lazy, a bag of Tastykake peanut butter tandy cakes and a cold glass of milk also works well.

Peanut butter and Jelly sandwiches. On whole wheat with real strawberry preserves, of course.
