Peanut butter and Jelly sandwiches. On whole wheat with real strawberry preserves, of course.
Nuts are very fattening. I can't stop eating them once I start.
I just finally shed the last of the 7 pounds I gained from the nut kick I was on last year.
I kept sliced fennel out on the table all the time and bought ankle weights to wear while I roller blade.
Nuts may be a healthy snack; but not when you can't say no :))
