Just flashed on Fox, jury has a verdict, to be read at 4:30PM EST!
He died in prison (of some health problem, if I recall). He was jailed for over 25 years for the crime (and was sentenced before he was 25).
Video surfaced after his death of him in prison with fists full of cash, snorting cocaine, and receiving or giving oral sex (I think with another man). Yeah, life in prison was "sure" hard on that serial killer.
Gee, that's idiotic.
Life sentence means immediate appeals from the defense lawyers.
Endless appeals at endless expense, anguish and grief.
I cannot believe any American would want him to live.
Bush is a leftist globalist who REFUSES to fulfill his Constitutional duty to protect the country from invasion.
On his way out - "America - YOU lost", points to jury "YOU lost", I WON. Claps twice and exits. Un-freepin believeable. This POS should FRY!!!Can he be tried again only this time with a Jury that has an intelect larger than one peanut?
Jenny, I know you aren't supposed to get a choice but I know that I would pick death and I suspected most others on here would as well.
I know that life in prison is not solitary confinement as I described, but it should and COULD be for Moussaoi and others.
We're going to have to watch his transport to wherever he will be jailed, then we'll have reports from outside for the first week, Every time he farts wrong or doesn't like his food the media will bring it up, every anniversary we'll get a shot from outside the prison, it'll get in the news that the govt won't let anyone interview him so we'll have to listen to the media moan about that AND THIS WILL OCCUR FOR THE NEXT 50 YEARS! MY DEAR FAMILY MEMBER, IN THE ERA OF 24 HOUR NEWS CHANNELS CAN YOU REALLY THINK ITS THE LAST WE'VE HEARD OF HIM????
I'm with you. Moosy is now the middle finger of the jihadist being put up at us every day at our cost.
So does Congresswoman Jane Harman.....
NO IMMIGRATION COMPLAINTS ON THIS THREAD...PLEASE!"
And why not??? Wasn't most of the Hijackers Illegal Immigrants?
I hope he makes many new boyfriends in jail.
Your sounding like a loo loo.
Nations used to hold that the death penalty was still legal punishment in the case of threats to the nation. That has gone out the window too.
Kumbaya
Look on the bright side. At least he'll be spending the rest of his life alive in the country he hates most--America the Great Satan--and not with 70 virgins.
Well, of course he should have.
Using civil courts to prosecute what ZM is guilty of is prostitution. I'm surprised he wasn't found "not guilty".
He's an enemy soldier, behind our lines and out of uniform. He should have been shot at dawn on 9/12/01.
This is a travesty.
geez..........................
Dont forget he was taking hormones to turn into a "woman" for his boyfriend!
Perhaps you haven't heard yet that Moussaoui is saying that we lost and he won! He didn't want to die, he wants to live...and now he can. So how YOU would feel if you were in that situation isn't at all important.
My opinion is he was training for possible use on the West Coast attacks they were thinking about as part of or later as a follow up to 9-11.
He's clearly a bad guy who desperately wanted to be part of 9-11 or any other attack on us. The death penalty would have been a just verdict too, but I thought he made most of what he said at trial up to try to get the death penalty. The jury heard all the evidence, sized up all the witnesses, and found him qualified for the death penalty. The fact they didn't give it to him makes me think they saw it the same way I did - he was lying to try to get it.
That's only a few miles from where I live. I feel as though the ground itself will be poisoned.
Well said Chena.
Maybe we can outsource our prison system to Mexico in exchange for amnesty for the citizens they don't want.
