I've never posted a new thread before and was going to put this with Santa Ana but now there are details so I think it needs it's own thread.
Reports for help from all police to respond to Vista, California for unrest related to the immigration protests.
I'd been hearing sirens racing north on 15 for over the last 50 minutes and was trying to find out what was going on, as after hearing and seeing groups of 2-6 patrol cars racing up the freeway sirens wailing every 4-8 minutes made it apparent something was going on.

BTW - when are we going to boycott Mexico? I just looked at the tag on my PJ's and was not happy... then I went to throw them away and looked a little too closely at the trash bin...
This is not good. If I were to boycott Mexico, China, Japan or Taiwan, Lord knows what the heck I'd have left in my humble house. Certainly no electronics and few plastics.

Even the CNN poll which they apparently stopped at least once showed a huge % against these marches and walkouts.
So far Fox 6 has done it at the top and bottom of the hour. Still can't find it on any of the websites for the local stations yet.
I have little hope KUSI will do anything with it, and Fox6 seems to be downplaying it... I think KFMB is most likely at 11.

Yep, ALL the polls I have seen today clearly point to the fact that the protest "rallies" today were losers.

Not sure...it sounded from the report that it was local community response, but given the numbers I've heard going up it sure seems like it's got to be more.
The most recent groups I'm seeing only seem to have one or two with sirens on, but then I can see another 2-6 with just lights on.......so we're at least at 1.5 hours of this, and I just don't recall how much before 9 I had been hearing them before I realized that it was entirely too many for this to be a non-event to be having this many headed somewhere......
FOX will break in for car chases in CA, but NOT THIS!

Fox 6 really downplayed it. 8 wasn't so great either.

Crowd at Vista Village Drive with 'hundreds' and they are trying to get them to disperse.
Things being thrown.
Command to disperse given. If they don't they will be arrested and riot police standing there ready to move in.
Officers from around the county.
Canine and SWAT there.
Video on Fox6 and reporter on the phone. (ohp, saying phone live but video an hour old)
No reports of injuries to officers yet.
Trust me, I wouldn't mind either. It was like he was pontificating to us little people. I bet he has illegals mowing his lawn.

Scanners talking about lady on meds thinking someone was in her apartment talking about her....The dispatcher said the officer who went in found an African Grey Parrot talking up a storm! ROFLBO!
The thing that REALLY P's me off, is that if Americans took to the streets like this and protested the Income tax or the Patriot act, you can bet HEADS WOULD BE GETTIN BUSTED RIGHT NOW!!!
