I just heard an idiot on KTLA blathering that the protests were only about immigration and that if both legal and illegal immigrants suddenly dissapered that it would be noticeable and prices of products would go up.

A blogger somewhere said she wouldn't mind paying more for lettuce and other things because it would be more than offset from all the money we'd save on the handouts/freebies that we're currently paying for for the illegals.

Trust me, I wouldn't mind either. It was like he was pontificating to us little people. I bet he has illegals mowing his lawn.
