This should be a list of who is planning to close their business on Monday, May 1 in response of the Great American Boycott. We should compile it and boycott them ourselves if possible!
Remember to go shopping or work overtime on May 1!

Marxists. We got us a bucketload of Marxists. The capitalists are all back in Pretor...err Mexico City. They kept the best, we got the Marxists. I am shocked. Tony Snow told me they were more good republicans, like the Cuban merchant class that got the boot in Cuba. Hey guys, this time the merchants booted the communistas. To us. Hooray for stupidity!

No matter what the issue, or what the relevance is, they have to insult the President. It's sick, IMOWith all the horrible decisions he's made lately, it's no surprise. So, you think he's doing a good job? You support his stance on illegals? You support his lack of securing the country? You support his relationship with Fox?

Where is the parade route. I'm about to drive on the 10 into downtown LA and up thorough the Hollywood Freeway. Argh!

I'm back from my shopping. With all the demonstrations in our country's larger cities, I am not going to brag --- just state that I am grateful I live where I live. Cavuto said they haven't hurt our ecomony today...lol. No surrpise there. You-Hoo to my FRiends in CA === LA and my hometown, San Diego --- what's going on there? I read Karl's earlier post.

On the other hand, *they* certainly did perfect the art of carpooling, bringing it up to the level of the old college prank of the 1920s and later the 1950s, stuffing a car!
Can we get 20 in here? 30? Hey, some of you guys get in the trunk.

If you look at the pic I posted in 652, those black and yellow signs in the crowd are from ANSWER, a known communist front group - they have a big hand in all this - but it's hard to find any close-up pics of the signs, as the MSM seem to be intent on filtering out their involvement.

Here in Los Angeles the day is progressing fine without immigrants. WORD FOR THE DAY: We don't need no stinking immigrants!

"They are a major contributor to the Democrats, and are a unionized business, and they're a direct competitor to Wal-Mart, which non-union and a large contributor to the GOP. Won't find me setting foot in a Costco."All the more reason to do exactly what I suggested: buy something big (or a whole bunch of stuff) and then take it back. Shows up as a sale today, with no one noticing that it comes right back off the books days later. Plus for your dislike of Costco, you will have cost them the hassle of the return/restock.

I keep saying these vermin don't want to be legal if it means paying taxes like everyone else.
As soon as they become true "guests" all hell will break loose when they cost the employer more money and they net less take home pay.
This is going to be very ugly!

My intention is to send a crystal-clear reminder to the ass-kissing politicians of both parties that honest, law-abiding, hard working American CITIZENS are the driving force of this country. They damn well need to be concerned about what WE elected them to do (enforce the immigration laws & secure the borders among other things) instead of chasing after the goodwill of millions of people who AREN'T EVEN SUPPOSED TO BE HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE!
And no I am not anti-immigration or a xenophobe. I'm anti-ILLEGAL immigration.
I'm tired of watching Congress and the President race to see who can give away the United States of America first!

I don't support his stance on illegals, and I want a more secure border.
Other than that, YES, I think he's doing a good job, and YES I support the Commander in Chief in time of war. And I think to call for his impeachment is despicable and as low as any so-called 'conservative' can go.
And that's all I'm going to say on the subject on this thread, because it is NOT about President Bush, and I'm not going to give anyone any further excuse to bash him.

What about the threats to shut the ports of LA and Long Beach?
