In a just concluded debate and press conference, author and FBI Consultant Paul Williams and Jeff Epstein of "America's Truth Forum" reveal they have been advised by Pakistani journalist and Bin Laden biographer Hamid Amir that Al-Qaeda will use smuggled nukes against the US if the US takes military action against Iran.
Amir established his credentials by correctly predicting that Egypt would be hit by terrorist action a full two weeks prior to the events of last week. Amir, a Pakistani journalist, has been in contact with high ranking Al-Qaeda officials for several years.
The debate (between Richard Miniter and Paul Williams) and press conference were webcast LIVE by Rightalk.com. Audio files of both events will be available for downloading by this afternoon.
we might have a few more problems then the loss of the GOP...doesn't matter how that sucker gets here...once it has been detonated....border control and a loss of a party won't be on the horizon...finger pointing won't have any value
sand pile = litter box
So there apparently is a collaborative working relationship between the Iranian mullahs and the Al-Qaeda terrorist.
Just hit Mecca...and after we get ALL of their attention...we can have "talks"....
Since the last WMD attack the GOP has won two elections. Do you honestly think they'd lose after another one?
Well then, play it out. Three major US cities attacked. No nuke response on our part? Then what is our stomach for US deaths - 3, 5, 10 cities? I'm pretty sure our policy is nukers get nuked.
If we get nuked, America with seethe. Say we trace the blast to a uranium from iran or some chatter tips us off. You don't think Tehran will disappear? What's the alternative - tell them to lay down arms? And we do what with their muslim country then? We sure can't occupy it. Americans won't stand for another 3-year war with boots on the ground and precision bombs and IEDs and debating ayatollahs and what not.
One of the problems with lobbing precision bombs at military and government targets when the enemy is a cultural system is that not enough people are killed to force a general surrender, a complete change of order. How many precision bombs would it have taken to force Japan to surrender?
If we get nuked, our challenge will be to change the entire islamic order once and for all by forcing them to abandon their imperialism - and doing it before another nuke goes off in America. I don't think you can do that with conventional weapons. At least not without a hellrain of conventional weapons, and then you might as well use nukes because the result will be the same.
Adding a pulse neutron gun to a nuclear weapon greatly hikes up the level of complexity...something that delays the deployment of a nuclear weapon...something that mandates extra engineering...something that requires extra testing and added expense.
So no, in the scope of an Al Qaeda or Iranian 1st generation nuclear weapon, tritium is **not** in any way useful as a trigger/initiator.
"they set off nukes in our major cities (D.C., NYC, LA, etc.) and cause mass panic and chaos in the country, they show that they are capable of carrying out their threats."
There will be thousands of dead Muslims in this nation if that happens; in unaffected cities.
The savagery of good American people will be unleashed if that would happen.
God help us.
Of course you don't believe it, as you are personally and emotionally invested in pedalling fear...facts be hung.
You think that a nuclear war is imminent; you are wrong. You want to charge people up with adrenaline from reading your posts; this is wrong-headed.
You want to ignore our nuclear detection network, our successes in Libya and Iraq, and our boarding and surveillence of North Korea.
You think that the U.S. must engage in global genocide in order to survive. You think that diplomacy or sanctions or conventional military action against Iran will fail.
On all of these points you ignore reality, history, and American technological, economic, political, and military might. On all of these points you are mistaken.
For you, it's time to hit the bunkers. You probably had this same craven instinct as Y2K approached.
None of your suggestions are rational. None of your fear is justified.
If someone needs smashing, then that nation or people will get smashed. We have the power and the will to so do...but no such situation presents itself today...certainly not while we are doing so well in the war on terror (e.g. no new 9/11 attacks here, Taliban hiding in caves, Hussein in jail, Libya's WMD program surrendered to us, etc.) and so well with our economy (e.g. 4.8% GDP growth this last Quarter).
If al-Qaeda had nukes they would not need an excuse to use them.
If they had them and could get them into the US they would have....all this "If America does this or that" crap is exactly that, CRAP!
man.. Iran..they're puffing up like one of them lizzards that try to look bigger n dangerous so the predator will overlook them... lmao. not here Mr Iran nutjob.. we are gonna drag you out of a spider hole
Well then, we must just end this war thing right now! /sarcasm
I'm doing my bit to help free enterprise substitute for regulatory government.
I don't know what else I can do. Environmentalism is the principal means by which we fund our enemies and destroy our ability to sustain a protracted and bloody war.
There. All fixed.
Cheers!
Ummm, given the location, how about "Lake Cheney" ?
Cheers!
Can you imagine the ransom they'd hold him for? Like virus-free software for their PC's ? ;-)
Cheers!
You don't need a Cray for the simulation; Los Alamos did the calculations in the 1940's with teams of mathematicians and hand-cranked adding machines.
Full Disclosure: Yes I have worked extensively on Crays. :-)
You said -- "You think that the U.S. must engage in global genocide in order to survive. You think that diplomacy or sanctions or conventional military action against Iran will fail."
I've never said the U.S. needs to engage in global genocide. Perhaps some others have said that. Perhaps you're mixing me up with them. I've actually said I would be totally against indiscriminate retaliation against nations and cities -- even if we are subject to a nuclear blast here, in the U.S. by terrorists.
HOWEVER, I did say that we need to eliminate the religion of Islam and all their holy sites and all their clerics that teach killing the infidel only on the basis of them not accepting Islam. Islam -- you see -- is the one who advocate global genocide. You've got your "players" mixed up here. You've confused me for being a Muslim.
And as far as believing that we will do something about Iran -- I think we do need to. I think we better. I sure hope we do. But, that doesn't mean that I also think that we will avoid having the terrorists bring a nuclear bomb into the U.S. and blowing up one (or more) of the cities.
Furthermore, from what I see that the Bible says about this -- it appears that the U.S. is not a "global player" any more in the Bible. And so, that would be an indication that something has happened. I'm not sure what, though. It could be a massive terrorist attack.
But even apart from what the Bible says about America (or the "lack thereof") -- there are many people who can see the threat (directly) of terrorists bringing in nuclear bombs into this country.
And, for what the Bible says about Iran -- they will *still be a player* in the world when they attempt to invade Israel. So, if the U.S. did attempt to do something about Iran -- *it didn't work* (according to the scenario that the Bible gives). I'll go along with the Bible's scenario, because the Bible is perfectly accurate. It always has been and it always will be.
Furthermore, you said -- "On all of these points you ignore reality, history, and American technological, economic, political, and military might. On all of these points you are mistaken."
You simply overrate these things. From what Abraham Lincoln told us (in one of his proclamations) and from what the Bible says, too -- God brings up nations and He brings them down. It's not technological, economic, political and military might that does it. You ignore God on these things. God is the major player in all these things that are happening.
Lincoln said this --
