Here's the deal: For those fans who would like to ask for a photo-- please send an email request to Tony at tonysnow@foxnews.com (please note in the subject line of the email "For Tony") and provide your home mailing (not email) address. Tony will send you a real, actual, signed photo -- not stuff that people have to download. Please pass it on.By the way, if you miss anything, the show is streamed again immediately after the three hours. Please feel free to add thread narrative about what is aired on the show as a group effort is helpful to get more of the content posted and is much appreciated by those reading the thread later. If youd like on or off the Tony Snow Show ping list, please post a request. All requests happily honored.
"Woof" is used in broadcasting to say "stop," "that's enough" or to mark a specific point in time -- which is what is done in this case. "Tony's show starts in 3 minutes: WOOF!" Means in 3 minutes from-- NOW!
Scott McClellan is on Fox announcing his resignation right now.
just beat me!
LOL. I scooped you :)
;-)
Scott McClellan on Fox announcing his resignation.
I quit drinking on Election Day, 2004. I figured if Bush stopped drinking, I could do the same thing as a sacrifce on his behalf for the duration for his term.
It's the hardest thing I've ever done. For close to a year, I thought about which wine would go best with the dinner I was sitting down to.
Tony mentioned a couple weeks ago how hard it was for him the Lent that he gave up alcohol and caffiene. It occurred to me that giving up my morning coffee/tea would be an active prayer for his success every day.
So, I support his suitability for this position to the point where I'm willing to put my morning cuppa behind it.
I know, more serious than you meant, but there it is. :-)
Our country needs Tony,
Pinz
Thanks for the update...I'd rather listen to GWB and Scott...something's going to happen here and right soon...
Or... Y'all need to knock off the towel-snapping. He-Heeee-hee-hee-hee-hee.
But seriesly, I heard that Torie Clark, Dan Senor, and even Jerry Bremer are being considered. I think the first two would do great. Bremer's been a diplomat and executive. I think he's too high-level for the job.
this thread and the tony snow live thread just got a lot more crowded. jimrob, open up the bandwith floodgates!
I wonder if they'll announce his replacement shortly.
I read his article this morning and felt the same way.
Who is this on the phone?
Tony Snow, Friggin' Genius!!!

Pres Bush just on w Scott McC - but I missed what he said, but must have been about Scott resigning.
Caption on FNC:
Bush: It's going to be hard to replace Scott McClellan
Good move!!!
He answered his own question. This war is unlike any other. What a...
How about Batiste's former campaigns and his mistakes? Should we bring those up?
Rummy asked them if they needed more troops several times... they said no.
