I quit drinking on Election Day, 2004. I figured if Bush stopped drinking, I could do the same thing as a sacrifce on his behalf for the duration for his term.

It's the hardest thing I've ever done. For close to a year, I thought about which wine would go best with the dinner I was sitting down to.

Tony mentioned a couple weeks ago how hard it was for him the Lent that he gave up alcohol and caffiene. It occurred to me that giving up my morning coffee/tea would be an active prayer for his success every day.

So, I support his suitability for this position to the point where I'm willing to put my morning cuppa behind it.

I know, more serious than you meant, but there it is. :-)
