Judicial Watch took millions and millions of dollars for the Peter Paul case. They didn't spend it on Peter's case.

Klayman's mother must be dead.
There's no one left to sue, so he sues the guy he put in charge of the outfit he no longer owns.
What a mental case!

Let me know when he sues himself -- then I'll be impressed.

In other news, Attorney Larry Klayman is filing suit against himself, charging that he, by his own actions as libeled himself and harmed his own reputation. He is seeking unspecified damages.
When asked to comment on the case, Larry Klayman stated the suit was, "baseless and without merit", and that he would seek to defend himself vigorously.
"This is just the type of miscarriage of justice that I've always been about, " stated Klayman.
Mr. Klayman is setting up two funds, one for his defense and one for expenses related to the prosecution. He stated that he intends to solicit funds from the public.

Thank you for NOT excerpting this article. This is not a rhetorical question...
Does anybody know if JW has ever won a case where the perp received a significant fine and/or jail time?
Details?

Elian Protesters Suing Officials
The lawsuit seeks damages in excess of $100 million.
At a news conference Thursday, Sandy Cobas said she had been standing behind a barricade when agents raided the home and at first thought they were terrorists sent by Cuban President Fidel Castro.
``They came in and started gassing,'' said Cobas, 47. ``Everyone thought they were actually Castro's people.''

Surreal. Reminds me of a movie I watched ten or fifteen years ago, an Australian comedy/farce titled "The Road Lawyer". Was probably a "direct to videotape" deal, but I recall it being pretty funny. It was a takeoff on the awful "Road Warrior" flicks, but the players were the members of a law firm who got into a mess so convoluted that when they finally managed to come up with a viable litigation strategy, it was something like, "There is no other option. We'll have to sue ourselves!"

I haven't received any requests for money yet from either side.
Perhaps it is early in the contest. It could be the first in history where both sides beat the same dead horse for money.

I thought this was a parody article when I saw the headline. This is probably a smart move by Larry, seeing how Judicial Watch never wins any lawsuits.
To: peggybac
Klayman may not have won any cases, but he (and his firm) did air a whole lot of graft and corruption in D.C. (read Clintons, etc.) to the public at large via the press and TV.
