In other news, Attorney Larry Klayman is filing suit against himself, charging that he, by his own actions as libeled himself and harmed his own reputation. He is seeking unspecified damages.
When asked to comment on the case, Larry Klayman stated the suit was, "baseless and without merit", and that he would seek to defend himself vigorously.
"This is just the type of miscarriage of justice that I've always been about, " stated Klayman.
Mr. Klayman is setting up two funds, one for his defense and one for expenses related to the prosecution. He stated that he intends to solicit funds from the public.
