Since I first mentioned Judith Apter Klinghoffer and Little Green Football's idea to "Buy Danish" to support Denmark in the cartoon wars, a bunch of new websites and campaigns have been launched. I've compiled a few resources below. A special request for those of you getting ready to stock up for Super Bowl Sunday: Skip the nachos and Velveeta cheese. Go Danish!

My 10 year-old has been bugging me for a couple of weeks to allow him to buy more Legos. I told him he has enough to build himself a summer house. LOL. I reckon how I can give him the go ahead, it will save me a headache, make him happy and buy Danish! ;-)
And I will!!!!!!
"I'm buyins some Arla havarti cheese this afternoon."
MMMM mmm my local market has the most delicious Danish stinky blue cheese that I buy regularly. Maybe I'll buy 2 this week!
I'm heading for IKEA right now to buy a couple of pictures, and on the way home I will be sure to stop by the local yuppie food store and buy some Danish cheese.
Havarti with dill is delish!
We just bought some Havarti cheese this past week - it's yummy with peppered turkey!
Ping!
Thats a great idea, an inverse boycott! Wish I could buy a Danish flag shirt, preferably from a Danish company, to wear.
LOL- great minds - see post #26 :)
I'm torn between wanting to support the Danish, but on the other hand, despising the EU pukes who helped make all this possible.
I'll grab some extra Knorr's Sauces tomorrow when I do some food shopping. I was at IKEA earlier this morning.
Looks more muslim than Danish...
For some reason, a Danish pork smorgasbord seems particularly appealing right now.
I would think a "reverse product boycott" would work much better than most product boycotts. Didn't France notice some of the boycotts on their wines?
Some people are never going to boycott a product - no matter what, if they enjoy it. (ex: My dad: what am I supposed to use instead of Grand Marnier?)
But I would also think a surge in demand for their products would be a good thing. :)
Excellent! I'm surprised they missed that on the list up top! I've actually heard of Fris vodka.
Completely understandable. That was my initial thinking, yet the more I read about the current situation, as well as the silence of support for Denmark from its EU partners, I figured... why not!
Ahem. Speaking of smorgasbords...
