"Peace Mom" Cindy Sheehan is so angry that she wasn't allowed to disrupt last night's State of the Union address that intends to file a lawsuit claiming she was brutalized by Capitol Hill police who suppressed her first amendment freedoms.
"I have the bruises and muscle spasms to prove it," Sheehan said, in a message posted to several left wing web sites after she was arrested and then released on her own recognizance.
Sheehan also contends she suffered emotional trauma, complaining: "I am so upset and sore it is hard to think straight."
The Bush-bashing Gold Star mom says she wants to take legal action, announcing:
"I have some lawyers looking into filing a First Amendment lawsuit against the government for what happened tonight. I will file it. It is time to take our freedoms and our country back."
In her message Sheehan detailed the abuse by one security guard who hauled her off after she unzipped her jacked to display a T-shirt decrying the number of Iraq war dead.
"[A Capitol Police] officer ran over to me, hauled me out of my seat and roughly [with my hands behind my back], shoved me up the stairs," she said.
The anti-war Mom recalled complaining as she was being hustled out of the building: "I'm going, do you have to be so rough?"
Sheehan said that after the officer was informed that she was a big celebrity, the abusive treatment stopped.
"You didn't care about being careful when you were dragging me up the other steps," she recalled telling the Capitol guard.
This stupid twit of a...broad...is getting delusional now.
Kay Bailey Hutchison was on FOX this morning & she said that Cindy She-Man not only took her jacket off to reveal her anti-war message, but that she was also making noise & that she threw a banner over the balcony.
I believe this woman has the capability of being very dangerous - I can smell a "Squeaky Fromme" in the making.
She is the face of the democrat party....party on Cindy
That, and she came in with the intent of causing trouble.
That woman should be given persona non grata status in the Capitol.
Just Cindy trying to feed her attention addiction.
Dang! She didn't feel "raped!" by being asked to leave? tsktsk... the left is definitely losing their hold. If she had used the "R" word, she'd gotten a serious revolution going among her shared-cranium fellowers.
How long before she accuses Feinstein of being party to the police abuse?

Cindy, in her own words.
The DailyKos nutjobs are going off on this one.
I heard on the radio that she's looking at a year in jail. My bet is that the PD will need to be proactive and fully pursue criminal charges in order to put themselves in the best position for her promised civil suit. I don't think Mamma Moonbat is going to like how this plays out...
Good thing it wasn't ME who was moving her out. MEOW.
she just keeps showing how much better at being a democrat leader than Fienstien(?)
Good gawd, does this woman's ego know no bounds? Not to mention that she's flat-out lying about saying that. What an embarrassment she's become to the left (hehehehehe--Go Cindy!).
Too late. It's not only her career, it's her entire life -- such as it is...
"Well based on that, no one can claim she was taken out because of who she was but rather because of what she was doing."
GREAT point. Wonder if Momma Moonbat knows that she just blew away one of her best possible legal defenses, namely that she didn't break any law but was arrested for who she was? ROTFLMAO! I *love* it!
Whoever it was should be ashamed of themselves. There's no way to expect that Sheehan would NOT do something like this.
If the Left wasn't so busy exploiting her, they'd get her to a shrink and get her on lithium or depakote.

This was the plan all along. |
