State of the Union Address
January 31, 2006

All eyes and ears will be on our President tonight as he delivers his SOTU address.   I always look forward to his speeches and can't keep from laughing at the frowns and scowls on the faces of those on the dark side of the aisle (shown below in 2003).

Of course, when the President ends his speech, the other party gets the rest of the evening to respond.   And then the media gets their turn to tell us what the President said, and how much better the State of the Union would be if the Democrats were in charge.

In short, the leaders of the Democrat party get to attack the President for all the things that have gone wrong since Florida 2000.   Everything that has followed is Bush's fault - from 9-11 to Katrina.   If you don't believe Ted Kennedy, John Kerry, Harry Reid, Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi and Barbara Boxer, etal, just ask anyone who shapes the news: if it's bad, it's Bush's fault.


And besides all that, he smirks, and he's cocky, and.... he swaggers!

Have a wonderful Tuesday, and please keep President Bush in your thoughts and prayers as he continues to work towards a stronger and safer America.

I loved the speech!

Meeting him, one could see and feel that he is an individual with all the qualities one would want in a President-to-be, Kitty Mittens.
Seeing and hearing him up close is to fully believe he is living God's Destiny for him...

There was a prophecy given in September 1999 by Chuck Pierce (well-known Christian prophet - I saw it in his archives) foretelling that Florida would be the arena for the 2000 Election, just as it had been in the 1800's! Specifically mentioned were Palm Beach County and Broward County - (each one where I had a praying son living..:)) - Tallahassee (think State Supreme Court), and Volusia County (where 2 men filed a suit that stopped a recount there)..

He saw that there would be furor and delays for it, but GWB would be the eventual victor.
I thus had no apprehemsion about the outcome.

As a native Floridian, I knew that along a line drawn between St. Augustine, where Ponce de Leon claimed the new land for God and Spain, and Tallahassee - is The Foundation of God in America, and it was being reestablished!

Some of Ponce de Leon's men stayed behind when he left, marrying native Indian women; many moving on west toward and to Tallahassee, thus spreading Christianity along that corridor.

Amazing how all Chuck Pierce said came true a year later!
