I heard that two-vote shy line too. But I heard it on Wednesday or Thursday. That was before some senators broke publically and said they wouldn't support a filibuster. I think it's old information.

Is Snowe the only other Repub senator to not announce her intentions? I hope she goes along with her Maine colleague Sen Collins and votes in favor. In any case it sounds like the pro filibuster creeps will fall short, but it could be close.
