This guy no more understands the unitary theory of the Presidency--which only deals with the Executive Agencies--than his dog, "Splash".

Teddy is so far left that Alito is an right wing extremist in his bloodshot eyes. Commie-loving Tedward is still rebelling against his Nazi-loving Daddy.

The libs castigated Alito for merely quoting people and not giving his own opinion. Now Kennedy takes a quote from Alito, a quote that is merely a definition and that doesn't give Alito's own opinion, and says Alito thinks that way. Good observation. Now he's tying in the unitary executive theory into nazism and racism. What a tool.

"The face of EVIL, EVIL!!! I tell ya!!" according to Teddy and his ilk. Sure, Teddy. I can sort of see it, if I was drunk and squinting and looking sideways from a mile away.

Someone was holding it next to him, but Teddy had a hard time focusing on the words. Surprise.

Does anyone know if Kennedy has special bodyguards who make sure he can't stumble, drunkenly, and hit his head? I don't know about physically, but most of the Dems spend a lot of time propping him up with fawning words of respect and praise...or, should that be feigning.?

They had a blurb on the c-span ticker a little while ago...that said that Frist denied the democrats request to postpone the action on the asbestos ligitation, in order to start debate and legislation on the "lobbying scandal"...
Which might also explain why McCain felt he had to get up this morning and act like lobbying reform is THE MOST important matter that Congress needs to deal with right now...blech

So kennedy just now says that he learned in high school that there were two branches of government "house and senate" and that they pass a law and the president signs it. I think it's safe to say that we now know why Kennedy flunked in school
