This is a "legitimate" test in-so-far as it was developed by researchers at the University of Georgia. It was designed to test the theory that homophobia is a manifestation of repressed homosexual desire. The researchers reported difficulty finding heterosexual men who were "high-grade non-homophobic."
I rated two snaps up.
I took the test. I'm non homophobic despite the fact that I put down that I strongly agreed that Homosexuality is immoral and that I wouldn't want a Homosexual roommate.
In my opinion, the quiz is pretty balanced.
As far as your pudding comment, I do think that there is a question about that...but you'd have to take the test to see. ; ).

I used neither agree or disagree for that. It's as close as it gets.
Some questions did make me laugh.
I disagree...to be anything-phobic, you have to fear it. I don't fear gays...I pity them.

Being a female, I took the test. I scored 48 and classified as non-homophobic. Wonder what did I do wrong?
The way this test runs, unless you take an aggressively pro-homosexual agenda opinion on every question, you get rated as "homophobic." Even clicking on the middle option of "neither agree nor disagree" does not appear to disqualify you.
