That is the crux of the lie of abortion. If abortion is NOT the termination of life, there is no reason to try to make it rare, or discourage it.
Of course, democrats are not actually DOING anything to make it rare, or discouraging it, so they don't actually MEAN what they say -- it's just that most americans say it should be rare so that's what the democrats say to try to keep a few people voting for them.

Durban: "Your group discriminates against women according to Diane Weeks"
Alito: "I hired Diane Weeks".

most people will say the Constitution prevails.Even if the precedent coincides with the earliest years?
Further, you would want to paint yourself into a corner in the event a future opinion would hinge on that? It would seem to me the smart person would avoid limiting himself in this venue and reserve those issues for actual opinions in actual cases.
Only the short sighted reactionary would fall into the trap of limiting future options.

they have NOTHING so they are grasping at anything. They will never hold Byrd accountable for his association with the KKK or Teddy's association with murderers, but they are jamming him on membership in a college group 30 YEARS AGO.
Hey DICK, what groups are you a member of?

Brian Lamb has an agenda and it's not good for America. My fear is that as he allows crazies to call in and refer to the President as the devil himself, someone will resort to violence.

Toobin last night was complaining that everybody has to have an opinion on Roe except the justices that can change it.
I wonder if Toobin thinks that a judge should be required to tell us whether a defendant is guilty or not before he is allowed to sit on the case?

I am sick of the constant pounding of the candidate with nothing but abortion, Abortion, ABORTION. Don't you understand. Abortion is the official religion of the RAT party.
