Toobin last night was complaining that everybody has to have an opinion on Roe except the justices that can change it.
I wonder if Toobin thinks that a judge should be required to tell us whether a defendant is guilty or not before he is allowed to sit on the case?
You can bet that Toobin is sending questions in to the dems on the committee.
