Day 3: Questioning Continues
This morning, Round 1 concludes with Senators on the Judiciary Cmte. who did not question nominee Alito yesterday. During Round 2, questioning is limited to 20 minutes for each of the eight- een senators. Chairman Arlen Specter (R-PA) leads off, followed by the others, alternating by party in order of seniority.

Kennedy won't even look up - he's clearly embarassed that's all he had and has been made clear he's a total fool. "I didn't anticipate ... I thought this was a major ... uhh ... issue" ROFLMAO
Well, since Specter wants all the facts, I want the facts about this.
Mr. P reports that Rush said when Kennedy was at Harvard he belonged to an elitist ALL WHITE organization.
I want those records!
pretty much
If Teddy's in a place called "the Gym" he's obviously just there to pick up chicks, not to exercise.
OMG..."If the nominee had been more RESPONSIVE we wouldn't have to do this..."
Those EVIL SOB'S are so clever and slimy! This way, Specter HAS to confirm Jabba the Hutt DID indeed mailed him the letter...no matter in which form! Bastards! Specter should have been more wise in his answer to the DRUNK! Specter comes out of this with a small portion of egg on his face!
No need for a subpeona. Rusher said he had no problem showing the records. Kennedy hadn't bothered to ask for them by name.
I believe there is, and it's frequented by interns and Congressional staff. It's all starting to make sense. These spring break trips of Kennedy's must be true.
Kennedy: "I regret that I haven't been able to bown at the gym since before Christmas"
Holy crap! He must mean The ORIGINAL CHRISTMAS!!
I don't know.
Ew
So why did Specter say they see each other in the gym all the time?
what does this mean? More rounds of questioning?
Over documents written by the head of an organization that doesn't exist?
Comity, Comity, Comity..
LOL
Kennedy just poured a shot! Vodka or Gin? Everclear?
OOooohhhh...now THAT would be a worthwhile record to review, eh?
I have a question, just in general:
If the left always claims that the Constitution is "a living document," why are they so worried that a judge may vote to overturn a previous ruling?
Is it a living document or not?
Dewine up
No kidding! I wish Tommy Thomposon would de-throne him; he probably could. But, Tommy just took a cushy new job, so it's not looking like that's going to happen.
Kohl has been brain-dead for years. Here's his voting record:
