Alito's SLIPPERY SLOPE argument clarified all of the GOOD Senators EASY questions for what they were.
Now if a DIM tries to get him to answer a question that clearly has constitutional interpretation he has already DECLINED to answer the OBVIOUS so can NOT by any stretch of the imagination answer the nebulous hypothetical.
Graham did a wonderful job IMHO and in the end AGREED with Alito that he SHOULDN'T have answered his many easy and OBVIOUS questions.

Just tuned back in and missed everything from Ted Kennedy to now (Lindsey Graham sp).
It must be grueling to be in Alito's position, grilled for hours, by some hoping you'll say something they can attack.

If the Dims are already talking about cancelling the third day of questions, then even they realize they've just been to the woodshed.

Who's the guy sitting behind Alito (at least in the CSPAN angle) who's got ants in his pants? Geez, it you can't sit still, get out of the front row!I think it's his son, who is rather young.

"His agenda is: Lindsey Graham Being McCain's VP in 2008." I particularly made note of when he said that he was concerned about what the next president will be able to do.
Dream on Lindsay.

I was afraid you would say that. She would probably love the X-Box more than me. We would fight over the wireless controllers, leading to the inevitable divorce, and then the custody fight over the games.
I would be left crushed with only the power cord and the box to show for our time together, while Megyn goes off with another gamer, and HE will get to play games on what once belonged to me.
I think I'll pass, thank you.
