ALITO CONFIRMATION HEARINGS
Questioning Begins Today
Each of the eighteen senators on the Judiciary Cmte. will have 30 minutes to question Supreme Court nominee Samual Alito today during round one. Sen. Arlen Specter, as chairman, will begin, then they will alternate by party in order of individual seniority. Round two starts on Wednesday.
on MSNBC, Nora O'Donnell pronounces, "Democrats fail to lay a hand on Alito on the three big issues."

Did you notice that when the Dems..I think it was leahy or Swimmer, tried to smear him him with that Princeton alumi group, Alito brought it reigfht back to the question of the ROTC being kicked off campus and the ROTC building on campus being firebombed....that's what he objected to..and the Dems dropped it like a hot potato.. The thing that got to me the most in the last hour...was the cast that Biden was trying to make...that one of the MAIN standards that they SHOULD use to judge them is..
WHAT justice they are REPLACING!!!
I want Biden to show me the place in the Constitution that says that SCOTUS judges HAVE to be replaced by PHILOSOPHY...instead of ability to discern the meaning of the Constitution.
BAHAHAHAAAAAA! So far- the FOX CREW agrees...no one has made a dent- Alito is brilliant- and VERY calm in light of the appalling way these guys have lit into him...
