I just got home...but, was listening on the radio...
The thing that got to me the most in the last hour...was the cast that Biden was trying to make...that one of the MAIN standards that they SHOULD use to judge them is..
WHAT justice they are REPLACING!!!
I want Biden to show me the place in the Constitution that says that SCOTUS judges HAVE to be replaced by PHILOSOPHY...instead of ability to discern the meaning of the Constitution.
As we all know, that is not a requirement of the Constitution. What Biden really means is that, with O'Connor, we are getting the "results" we want a good bit of the time and she is willing to rule based on feelings and those results rather than the Constitution. We liberals want that to continue, and you, sir, may take that legislation from the bench away from our side.
