"OMG, Biden is suggesting that Alito is not smart enough to recognize discrimination. OMG."
Unbelievable. The dems seem to think if a woman or black bring a discrimination suit against anyone, the verdict should be guilty. What baloney. Biden talks about "subtle" discrimination. Where I work, if I go for a promotion and there is a woman or minority on the list (I'm a white male), a letter has to be written to the EEO office if a women or minority is not hired. HEH DEMS WHAT"S SUBTLE ABOUT THAT? God I hate these people.

Wow!!
Biden is accusing Alito of wanting good proof before labeling someone as "biased."

Another Dave Barry quote from his 2005 year in review:
the Senate confirms the Supreme Court nominee known as ''John Roberts'' after the Judiciary Committee spends several fruitless days trying to trick him into expressing an opinion by asking trap questions such as ''Can you tell us the capital of Vermont and your views on abortion?'' The only moment of drama comes when Sen. Joe Biden launches into his opening remarks, thus causing several committee members, who forgot to insert earplugs, to lapse into comas.
To: Howlin
If Biden's long-windedness doesn't get you, his disingenuousness will. If that isn't the truth.
He's done! I hear strains of Ode to Joy in my ears!

To my knowledge, not a single mainstream journalist has shown the courage to condemn this disgraceful farce. Wheres Edward R. Murrow when you need him? They only hear what they want to hear

LMAO!
One year I bought my MIL Chicken Soup for the Christmas Soul and was flipping through it at the bookstore. He had a story in there about buying a Christmas tree that had me crying from laughing so hard.

I voted Democrat in 2000 but that has been the last time. People like Biden and Kennedy in these political attacks with no regard for national security have permanently turned my stomach. The arrogance and anger I see in them, the press, and the Hollywood crowd keep me pulling the lever in the polling booth for Republicans. Keep it up Dems.
To: retrokitten
I've got to remember that.
I wonder if we could market a "Biden white noise tape" to help folks with their insomnia.

I got the impression that one of them had wanted to go to Princeton, but ended up somewhere else. Maybe that's why he doesn't like Princeton. "I'm puzzled", and "need help understanding". I have other thoughts that might be "presumptuous", but I'll refrain from expressing them. ;)

Employers do have that right. As long as they don't discriminate in any of the Federally protected categories, i.e., race, sex, age, religion, etc., they can decide not to hire somebody for any reason or for no reason.

His admitted to being puzzled, presumptuous and long winded. Can you think of anyone worse to have to listen to?
To: AliVeritas
What conclusions we can draw come from the deplorable and disgusting comments from the Democrats against Miguel Estrada and the racist cartoon against Janice Rogers Brown.
Of Estrada, it was said that he is only repeating what his white masters tell him.
I think that reveals a lot about the left.
