gave false hearsay testimony to Congress
negotiated with the enemy
helped the US lose a war
abetted in the deaths of millions
created a hostile environment for all servicemen
Why is Kerry still in the US Senate?
This is in violation of
U.S. Constitution Amendment 14 Sec 3 (1868)
Section 3. No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress,
or elector of President and Vice President,
or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States,
or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath,
as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States,
or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer
of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States,
shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same,
or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.
But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

nice link - I'll pass it on - I have always been impressed by President Bush's ability to communicate. I love seeing the tiny clips of him at the Cabinet Room table. He commands full attention from a group who could be, and many have been, CEOs in their own right. He knows how to get a message across, especially because he Knows What His Message Is - he is not continually tapdancing like x42.

I don't know anything about this guy....but Boehner? The name alone would make it hard to keep a straight face when referring to him or talking to him.....
These people are not the sharpest knives in the drawer, and they get duller the more they talk nonsense. I hear clicking on my phone sometimes and it is usually the stupid Sprint phone man trying to find a line to use to call out on. I have given them all sorts of trouble for doing this before, and I even complained to the Sprint Higher Authorities, but it will happen again because Sprint is a lousy company and they have a Monopoly on Local service here and in other parts of the State of Florida like The Ft Myers area. When you hear clicking just start talking nonsense and gossip about horror stories about sprint, and they don't try your line much after that. If that woman lives in the inner city of Baltimore or Washington DC, she has the worst phone service there is. I worked for a Company that did Financial Research Surveys, and they mostly called areas of affluence, but when we had to call Baltimore, I would cringe because every phone I called sucked swamp water, and most of the People were the most filthy mouthed, seriously degenerate People I have ever had to deal with. One man was angry because he got talking to me and wasted his Viagra(or so he claimed), so he decided to talk phone sex. Yikes, did I try like Hell to change the subject. I gave up and ended the phone call, because I got nowhere asking about finances. I do not know why their phones are so bad, maybe the Phone Company gets tired of putting Phone connections back in the wall.

After listening to the NYT`s James Risen on MTP, I'm convinced he needs to be indicted for treason. The US is at war and no American has any right to endanger any US citizens by revealing possible secret internal workings of US intelligence agencies. Risen is a smug a-hole who needs to cool his big liberal mouth and spend time behind bars.
I love the way Charles delivers his unspoken, psychiatric WTF? "look" in response to Juan's typically inanine comments.

Very true but does the average American remember why we call him the swimmer and the younger ones probably have never even heard the story. All they are aware of is that he is part of the Kennedy family that produced as they have been fed one of the most popular Presidents in modern time. They are not aware of the corruption daddy Kennedy was involved etc etc. They get their news from MTV and the light late night chat shows.
Peter Fenn is lucky that he is still able to make a dime, he is such a loser. How many of his clients win anything? He talks the same old dimocrat nonsense, and always sounds like he is on the edge of insanity. Speaking of insanity, do not expect Pat Buchanan to counter any lie that is told against the Pubbies. He lost his mind years ago, and is in love with the sound of his own voice. He is in Love with himself, and everything he says or does is for the benefit of Pat and nobody else. He is a notorious Bully and anti Israel. If you meet this guy up front and in person you can feel the hostility and anger, and he has an ego that is so big it is overwhelming. Any good point that he makes is overshadowed by his lunacy on all the other points. He did us all a big favor by unintentionally destroying that idiotic third party. He used to be good and refute all the Democrap garbage, but now he is stuck on "I hate Republicans, because they did not want me to be President." Boy what a bullet we dodged on that one. One thing about being a Judge. You must (normally) justify your position on the ruling.
An appeals judge weighs the arguments of the two sides as posed in briefs and oral arguments. These are posed in the relevant laws and my offer arguments as to why they fail the tests. He then weighs those against the law and makes a ruling.
