I heard that and he has the gall to scream about culture of corruption but will not give what is in essence corrupt money back. Have the MSM jumped all over this no instead they continue their character assassin of Tom DeLay.

Well, I hope Diane Feinstein quizzes Alito on the fate of the Hapless Toad.

That keeps me awake at night. Justice Roberts was very lacking in a full disclosure about that poor Hapless Toad.

Poor thang. How would anyone like going through life and being labeled 'Hapless'?

I want Alito's legal opinion as a candidate for a Justice on the Supreme Court of the United States of America on the Hapless Toad. That should be the litmus test every future justice has to take.

{SQUISSSHHHHH}

[Dang car. There goes another Hapless Toad trying to cross the highway. RIP little green.]

I haven't finished yet, but compare these contributors to his Committee and SubCommittee seats.

Bought and paid for.

You know, I was very struck by that interview. This is very foolish strategy on the Rats' part in an election year. Harmon always seemed to be a more reasonable RAT, in that she was strong on National Defense, and she seemed to be intelligent.

Today she through out the baby with the bath water, said she was too stupid to understand the laws she was supposed to be overseeing, (without the RATS "constitutional legal scholars" to interpret that law for her), and basically gave up her strong on defense posture.

I just don't think that's going to be a winning 'campaign strategy' in this election year.

Have the MSM jumped all over this no instead they continue their character assassin of Tom DeLay.

The MSM take their marching orders on a daily basis from Howie "Screamin" Dean, Pelosi, and Reid.

"Three former clerks of Alito will not support him!"

^^^^

LOL! I should have added that the three who did not sign, could not because of their present positions. I assume that meant employment position, not political outlook. All who I have seen on CSPAN shows about Alito speak so highly of him that if I put my tinfoil hat on, I might begin to hear messages that he will not be a "conservative" SCJ. It sounds like he really respects the Law and the Constitution. Occasionally in the future, I am sure that he will upset conservatives with his rulings.

Brit had Jane Harmon tap-dancing...she couldn't change her story fast enough to keep up with the questions. And as always, Brit was a perfect and courteous gentleman to her.

Wow, Kristol really got mad at Juan for what he called a smear on Alito. Juan said basically that Alito was always for business and against minorities. Bill says there is no evidence of that at all.

Listening to Chuckie .. he too is wrapping himself around the Alito hearings and that the wiretapping of terrorists is a civil rights violation is a more important issue then abortion

Tom Delay has done much more than any house representative or senator to the party & conservatives' cause. It 's fooloish for republican rules to let a vindictive dem.prosecutor using republican rules push him out of his job & clout.

Why would any other politician will care about the party if the party is not going to protect you?
