THREE men have been arrested in northern Britain following the discovery of a dead cat in a microwave, police said today.
The gruesome find was made at a house in the Blue Hall Estate, Stockton, Teesside, on Boxing Day, following a party.
Cleveland Police took the female cat and the microwave away for examination and announced that three men had been arrested and bailed in connection with the incident.
More arrests were expected.
The cat's five kittens would be found new homes in the New Year.
Yeah, I know. Sometimes I just can't help myself...
If they are guilty, the three should be fed to the lions at the zoo.

It takes a real man to abuse and kill an 8 pound cat.
It was set up so that all you had to do was close the door and it would instantly start heating sandwiches at the prescribed settings ~ if nothing was inside, it wouldn't turn on.
Door would close by itself too (spring loaded).
The Forest Service had employees arrested for placing fake lynx hair in the forest to make people believe there was a presence of the rare cat.
Lynx? Don't tell me it tastes just like chicken...
People on FR are usually the most intelligent, generous and capable people compared to the average person. However, many of them seem to have no empathy for the suffering of animals -- some even find it amusing. I will never understand this.
