Stanley Tookie Williams executed Crips gang co-founder put to death for 4 murders

SAN QUENTIN, California (CNN) -- Convicted killer and Crips gang co-founder Stanley Tookie Williams was executed early Tuesday at the California state prison at San Quentin.
The execution went ahead as scheduled after the U.S. Supreme Court late Monday rejected a last-ditch appeal.
The high court's ruling followed California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's decision to deny clemency for Williams, 51, who received a lethal injection at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday (3:01 a.m. ET).

At what cost in innocent life and mayhem? Let him serve as an example to others. Some men dread murder because it is wrong, others dread it because murders are hanged.
I guess each person reacts differently, I am not celebrating anything myself, just think it's good that justice was done & AHHHNOLD didn't cave!
May the memory of Albert Owens, Yen-I Yang, Tsai-Shai Yang and Ye Chen Lin be for a blessing. They waited for justice all these years, trusted in God to repay the debt and as His Word and Judgment are true, it has finally been fulfilled. I give thanks to the Lord Of The World for giving us these people, if only for a short time and blessing us with lives well lived. May Hashem be gracious unto them, show His countenance upon them and grant them peace. Amen.

It's not celebrating, is RELIEF that justice was FINALLY carried out. It need not take so long and cost so much.

tookie killed in cold blood and never admitted nor sought forgiveness from his victims survivors.
In prison he was less then a model prisoner.

I've known people who were murdered for no good reason whatsoever and I've known murders.
When I was growing up in Queens, one my my acquaintances, about my age 15, was a Black kid down the block. I knew him from shooting hoops down at the playground and night center.
One day, in front of a line of people waiting for the Q111 bus on New York Boulevard (now Guy Brewer Boulevard) he approached a young Jewish kid, about 22 who had just been discharged from the Army after serving as First Leuitenant in Vietnam. My acquaintance asked him if he had the time, as he looked down at his watched his assailant drew a knife and plunged it into his chest and fled. The victim died. The assailant's mother dragged him down to the 113 (one-one-three) precinct, blood all over his clothing.
Because he was a yoot legal proceeding were closed. Seven years later, when he turned 22, he was released. Within hours of his return, he proceeded to the laundromat and tossed a small white kid into one of the commercial dryers and turned it on. I lost track of him after that, I would be amazed if he hasn't murdered since. We would all be better off if he had died those forty years ago.

Granted. I just don't get why people say they fear God. I just know that if I stumble here and there through life, I'm going to beg Him for forgiveness and trust in Him to set me back on the path to eternal life.

His supporters have no respect for anything. William's lawyer referred to Schwarzenegger as a "cold blooded killer." Apparently she doesn't know one when she sees one.
This guy spent many years in prison, and he wasn't all that old when he went in, say in his early twenties? I wonder how his veins got that bad they had so much trouble. I would think he couldn't get drugs or IV paraphenalia in prison, but I'm probably wrong.
