Gov. Shwarzeneggar expected to make announcement on Tookie Williams Execution Clemency shortly according to Fox News.
Chill, pal. If your main objective in life is to write in bold letters derogatory things about other people, then you are really strange....
Congratulations on 'besting' me.
Explain to me how I was wrong. Wrong on what? On stating an opinion? Oh, my good friend, an opinion or summation of events, does not make one 'not understand that they were wrong"
Based on your post, you are in the 'Bush Lied' camp? Or at least you have a high proclivity to be taken in by such nonsense.
Only if the gurney catches on fire.
Not that there is anything wrong with that.
"True. However, it is a decision that anyone running for Governor needs to face. This wasn't an issue suddenly dumped in his lap."
That's certainly true. Governors of many states don't have the issue to face.
Yeah, I noticed New England Sports Network had the announcement; some of the Boston over-the-air stations joined in it, but I had the radio on and Howie Carr was mentioning the Governator's announcement. I'm a big Red Sox fan but I
switched right to Fox News (though TV sound muted; still
listening to Howie). What's on CNN? The Hrevvvverrrrund
JACK-snnnnnnn, objecting to it all.
He is STILL the Terminator! Thank God. I'm staying up tonight, folks...
A good cleansing.
60 Hz is the refresh rate of some older monitors such that is you look at one out of the corner of your eye it will appear to flicker.
Happy Butt plug tookie
I'm thinking of all those old black and white jailhouse movies that portrayed the agony of the ticking clock.....
How about a little Green Green Grass of Home??
"Green Green Grass Of Home"
The old home town looks the same as I step down from the train,
and there to meet me is my Mama and Papa.
Down the road I look and there runs Mary hair of gold and lips like cherries.
It's good to touch the green, green grass of home.
Yes, they'll all come to meet me, arms reaching, smiling sweetly.
It's good to touch the green, green grass of home.
The old house is still standing tho' the paint is cracked and dry,
and there's that old oak tree I used to play on.
Down the lane I walk with my sweet Mary, hair of gold and lips like cherries.
It's good to touch the green, green grass of home.
Yes, they'll all come to meet me, arms reaching, smiling sweetly.
It's good to touch the green, green grass of home.
[spoken:]
Then I awake and look around me, at four grey wall surround me
and I realize that I was only dreaming.
For there's a guard and there's a sad old padre -
arm in arm we'll walk at daybreak.
Again I touch the green, green grass of home.
Yes, they'll all come to see me in the shade of that old oak tree
as they lay me neath the green, green grass of home.

Finally, justice. It's too bad the message to young gang members gets lost in all the rhetoric focused on the rights of the killer rather than the treacherous murders he committed. Having dealt with thousands of gang members over the years, I am certain that Stanley Williams never gave a rat's rear about stopping gang violence.
Yes, Arnold had a decision to make, and he made it. Many hear agree with it. Some don't.
Hi, cutie!
You stay safe and God bless.
I wouldn't be so sure. I'm sure the Grand Kleagle has Article I Section 2 of the Constitution highlighted.
"three fifths of all other Persons."
YOU are so right....there are many here who should be eating their words....they attacked Arnold with only speculation and opinion.....this the the 3rd clemency he has denied....hope he gets his due here on FR....
As I thought. The best for Arnold is to state the obvious, the case has been scrutinized to the same conclusion numerous times and all to the same conclusion, so why should I do anything different?
So now there will be no-one to help our children stay away from gangs- how sad.
