How many are illegal and will not show up? How many never really wanted to do any kind of work, especially not some menial job the gov't doles out for busywork? How many of these scum have any real skills, and if they do, how do you propose inventing a job to employ them? With the French economy being what it is (merde), where will they get the cash and how will it drain from an already shaky economy when so many resources are being devoted to these idiots? Also, does anyone really expect these thugs to show up to forced employment offices to carry out some job, contract, or training? They are drug dealers and thieves, and they like the life they lead--and it just got a whole lot more exciting and glamorous lately! Unbelievable!

I believe you are correct. These thugs do not want to work, and this attempt at appeasement will go nowhere. What they want is self-rule, a Palestine-on-the-Seine. This is just the beginning.

Never even thought of that.

Translated:

Every unemployed person under the age of 25 will be ordered to report to an unemployment office for 3 months of "vocational assessment". At the end of three months, they will either be contracted to take one of the 20,000+ newly created government jobs, given further training or assigned to something ominously labeled "formation".

Some of the new jobs ("adult-relay") will be neighborhood snitches who will root out the under-25 hippies who are freeloading and not reporting for "formation".

5000 of the the new government jobs will be High School aides. (Brilliant. They're letting the free-loaders into the high schools to spread the culture of free-loading.)

Some students will be allowed to start vocational training at 14-years instead of 16-years-old.

Ten boarding schools will be opened for two cream the intelligent from poor neighborhoods of the top and isolate them from the bad influences of their cultures. (Taking the brightest and the best off for French acculturalization).

You may not believe this, but I now understand the frogs a bit better... I just looked up the history of their flag:

History of French Flags... (excerpts)

[ From http://www.crwflags.com/fotw/flags/fr~mon.html#pwe ]

Ensigns of the King's vessels

White ensign

[Plain white ensign]by Pierre Gay

[ I had to put a non-existant red border around it to make it show up... AFPhys ]

This flag is shown on Danckert's flag chart [ca.1700] [dan05], as #82, labelled 'Franse Witte Vlag' - French white flag.

[ From http://www.crwflags.com/fotw/flags/fr_mon.html  about France Flag history ]
... Anyway, Dauphin Charles had to find an emblem of his own. In 1422, when Charles VI died, he became Charles VII, adopted a white cross as emblem and a white flag as banner. Joan of Arc's famous banner was white with religious figures embroidered on it. Thereafter the three parties to the civil wars of 1420-36 are distinguished by the cross: white for the French, red for the English and red saltire for the Burgundians.

The white flag itself was the flag of commanding officers, such as colonel generals, and later colonels. In particular, it was the flag of the kKing when he was with the troops. ......

[ From http://www.acadian.org/flags.html ]

French [flag with fleur-de-lis shown here. The fleur-de-lis were optional]

Prior to the French Revolution, there was no national flag which represented France. A variety of flags were used by troops, different types of ships and for other purposes. From 1590-1790 this flag is one of four that was used on warships and fortresses. The plain white flag, known as the Bourbon Banner, and this white flag with three golden fleurs-de-lis, a white flag with many fleurs-de-lis, or a white flag with many fleurs-de-lis with the arms of France in the center. The simpler designs such as this were used in ordinary circumstances and it is believed that the [simply] white flag of France flew over all or most of the French forts and settlements in America.

I don't think I have much more to add to this little bit of history.

Perhaps this all 'splains itself...

No wonder the frogs have such trouble with this stuff... It's buried more deeply in their psyches than I realized.

I was wrong. It was Kipling.

Dane-geld

(A.D. 980-1016)

Rudyard Kipling

IT IS always a temptation to an armed and agile nation,
To call upon a neighbour and to say:—
“We invaded you last night—we are quite prepared to fight,
Unless you pay us cash to go away.”

And that is called asking for Dane-geld,
And the people who ask it explain
That you’ve only to pay ’em the Dane-geld
And then you’ll get rid of the Dane!

It is always a temptation to a rich and lazy nation,
To puff and look important and to say:—
“Though we know we should defeat you, we have not the time to meet you.
We will therefore pay you cash to go away.”

And that is called paying the Dane-geld;
But we’ve proved it again and again,
That if once you have paid him the Dane-geld
You never get rid of the Dane.

It is wrong to put temptation in the path of any nation,
For fear they should succumb and go astray,
So when you are requested to pay up or be molested,
You will find it better policy to says:—

“We never pay any one Dane-geld,
No matter how trifling the cost,
For the end of that game is oppression and shame,
And the nation that plays it is lost!”

Great research.

So the French have centuries of proud tradition of presenting, showing and waving an all white flag.

Is it really appeasement? Look carefully. It looks more like a plan of communist forced work.

All the young people of less than 25 years, applicants for work or not, living one of the 750 significant zones, will be received in the three next months for a "maintenance deepened"

Translation:

Every unemployed person under the age of 25, who lives in a poverty zone, will be ordered to report to an unemployment office for 3 months of "vocational assessment". At the end of three months, they will either be contracted to take a government jobs, given further training or assigned to something ominously labeled "formation".

Are they using this Jihadi within the Muslim population to further their Communist agenda?

Get out the WHITE flags and hang them from every window in France. What a pathetic display by the surrender monkeys. In a few years, they will all be on their knees facing east and praying for the blessings of Allah.

No more dirty pictures, no more wine, no more loose women, no more arrogant leaders, no more France.

As France goes, the terrorist could reason, so will go the rest of them. This is going to affect more than France.

IF the terrorists win. They won't. There is a greater danger: unrest like this invariably leads to takeover of the government by the most restrictive party, ie the Castro-like iron fist of communism.

Bet they try to burn the Louve. Old paint on dried canvas. A fire hazard in any basement, just hangin' on the walls. To appease that crime France would give them the Effiel tower?

These naive jokers are in for another jolt pretty soon.

Yeah, give the insurgency money so they can finance the purchase of weapons to use against you. BRILLIANT!

The last item is the one that will determine success or failure. if they can recruit 2000 indigenous (to the slums) security/ intel agents then the disparate guerrillas will not be cohesive for more see the website www.globalguerillas.typepad.com/

How many are illegal and will not show up?

Do you really want them to respond to a government decree ordering them into vocational training? It's too easy to fall into the "quick fix" mindset that tolerates government interference and heavy-handedness.

The first solution to France' problems is a free economy that allows entreprenuers to easily enter the market, with minimal restrictions concerning the production and selling of their product. This is Hayek 101. (The Road to Serfdom).

France must back down from Socialism and foster a capitalist marketplace or face the fact that they are one step away from Communism.
