I am smilin, I am OK believe me.
The main problem is all the good people have left, well not all. The remaining population is either collecting from the system or has a job with the system.

The Lord has a plan for me, I know it and it may be the rooting out of the corruption locally. When the whole political system is corrupt, full of greedy self serving people we are doomed to failure.

There are endless reasons why we are in the shape we're in that I would need hours to write but in a nutshell that is the problem.

In my district the problem is and has been revenge plain and simple.
I was the leader in the tax revolt movement here, co founder of Primary Challenge and Free Buffalo. I had a 5 1/2 month jump on my republican and democrat opponents. I would have won the seat but because of revenge, the local gop had to watch me lose, they told me so.

So the day they threw a puppet into the race against me is the day they gave up the seat to the democrat.
See this district has 2500 more dems than repubs, you cannot win if you are a one party political hack as kaiser is and was shown to be when he was forced into the race.

When you analyze the results you can see it was right down party lines. I told them it would happen, but all they wanted was payback against me. Why? Easy, I never have been a straight party hack, I worked to get the right people elected regardless of party affiliation with a 10 year record to prove it. It was and is my job as a Conservative. We have a Conservative party in New York.

NYCLU has filed a complaint with the Erie County Board of Elections over the alleged actions of poll workers in the 10th legislative district.

Officials from the New York Civil Liberties Union says its Western New York office received several complaints from voters who in that district who wanted to vote for a write-in candidate. Some were allegedly told by poll workers that it was not allowed.

The NYCLU says that's a violation under the State Election Law. The group is looking for anyone who may have encountered a similar problem. If you have call the NYCLU at 332-4658.

Thanks for stopping in brothaLouie ((((wolfie))))) and your bumps billie, dolly, luvw, maggie.... Had a busy work day and setback with dad. He did so well when we were gone last week...should have realized that it's a "boomarang" effect. He began "hallucinating" dreaming last night (he can't tell the difference between a dream and reality so he was dreaming we were having a party and began walking around the house "looking for the party".... We can disguinish the difference he can't and was up most the night THEN finally fell asleep and didn't want to get up this morning. Once he did he needed to talk and talk about this...while I was trying to leave for work. Fortunately this was a "caregiver" day. (every other day) Just trying to get him "readjusted" again. Sigh.... It will be fine. Just takes work and patience. Love you all!
