Why Paris Is Burning
New York Post Online ^ | November 4, 2005 | AMIR TAHERI

Posted on 11/04/2005 1:46:27 AM PST by GiovannaNicoletta

AS THE night falls, the "troubles" start — and the pattern is always the same.

Bands of youths in balaclavas start by setting fire to parked cars, break shop windows with baseball bats, wreck public telephones and ransack cinemas, libraries and schools. When the police arrive on the scene, the rioters attack them with stones, knives and baseball bats.

"They're clueless about what to do about rioting religious fanatics and they're going to tell us not to fight a war against these people?"

Well, they can't very well call out the "French Army" (oxymoron??), because it would immediately surrender.

It's too late now, it will only grow into a better organized and deadly "insurgency" of Islamic 'freedom-fighters'. (They coined the names, now let them live with them)

Yes, the insurgency has spread to France. It is now turning into a quagmire. What is France's exit strategy from France.

John Kerry let us know what your ideas are?

oh yea, he is a Democrat, they have no ideas.

The french will stop this when the Eiffel Tower is threatened. They wont let anything happen to that.

But seriously folks when they get strong enough here ---expect the same thing.

Why Paris Is Burning

Because France is run by a bunch of Liberal/Socialist/Communist that have allowed the country to become a haven for terrorists.

And that we CAN NOT LET HAPPEN!!

What amazes me when talking to lefties is they have no clue we are in a religious war.

Sharia law or die, submit or die.

But they say it is just another culture.

France rose to defend itself against "American culture". Now they have something a hundred times as bad. Looks like justice to me.

What I don't understand, probably never will understand; is that these people are living in places of opportunity. For the most part their parents immigrated to France and these youths were born in France, schooled in France, etc. They have the information to sort through both the facts from the fiction of life and they choose the philosophy of poverty. A philosophy that will leave them poor and angry. What can cause such a skewing of their vision for the future? If one chooses to follow a lifepath that leads to deadends and you refuse to turn around it is not on the backs of others to save you.

I don't know what a "balaclava" is. Maybe if they posted a photo of an actual
Muslim rioting, I would be able to figure it out.

An omen of what could happen here without proper immigration control. The only way for the French to correct a problem with a religious and cultural faction alien to its shores that believes Islam is superior in every way and there is no room for compromise it to deport them all and deal with the Muslim backlash from beyond their borders instead of within them.

What you'll see is that when the French do act they'll act with unmittigated cruelty...why? Because of a feeling of betrayal as their famous tolerance has been rendered by the "ingrates". It's the extremes of human emotion. The more patient you are themore hurt you'll be the more vengeful will be your response.

It's coming, a cleansing of the islamics from Europe. The Islamics could have won this by demographics, but there are no 72 whores for a demographic victory, only through Jihad. As usual, lucky for us, the Islamics are overplaying their hand and the more violent they become, the bigger the uprising, the more spectacular the French response in the end. Just like the Netherlands tolerance has ended.

choose the philosophy of poverty.

You just described a rather large chunk of the American population.

It'll end soon enought for several reasons: an insurgency can not survive when it is the ethnic minority, spread out thinly over an entire nation and not concentrated in a hinterland, when there is no cross border safety spot to run and regroup, when there are no external weapons suppliers.

What this will do is hand the government to French nationalists and then all hell will break out for the Islamics.

I'm curious, none of the reports in the papers are offering any feedback from the french on how they feel about this. Eight days and no reporters polling the public on their sentiment???

Where I'm from, we call that a ski mask.

That photo could seriously give me nightmares.
