RED FRIDAYS ----- Very soon, you will see a great many people wearing Red every Friday. The reason? Americans who support our troops used to be called the "silent majority". We are no longer silent, and are voicing our love for God, country and home in record breaking numbers. We are not organized, boisterous or over-bearing. We get no liberal media coverage on TV, to reflect our message or our opinions.
Many Americans, like you, me and all our friends, simply want to recognize that the vast majority of America supports our troops. Our idea of showing solidarity and support for our troops with dignity andrespect starts this Friday -and continues each and every Friday until the troops all come home, sending a deafening message that.. Every red-blooded American who supports our men and women afar, will wear something red.
By word of mouth, press, TV -- let's make the United States on every Friday a sea of red much like a homecoming football game in the bleachers. If every one of us who loves this country will share this with acquaintances, co-workers, friends, and family. It will not be long before the USA is covered in RED and it will let our troops know the once "silent" majority is on their side more than ever, certainly mo re than the media lets on.
The first thing a soldier says when asked "What can we do to make things better for you?" is...We ne! ed your support and your prayers. Let's get the w ord out and lead with class and dignity, by example; and wear some thing red every Friday.
IF YOU AGREE -- THEN SEND THIS ON -- IF YOU COULD CARE LESS -- THEN HIT THE DELETE BUTTON --- IT IS YOUR CHOICE. WE LIVE IN THE LAND OF THE FREE, ONLY BECAUSE OF THE BRAVE.
THEIR BLOOD RUNS RED---- SO WEAR RED! --- MAY GOD HELP AMERICA TO BECOME ONE NATION, UNDER GOD.
BTTT !
I like this!
Very funny you two, putting another poster up to this. Like I've forgotten about that " Gay Days " prank you pulled on me at Disney World.

(If what I just wrote makes you sad or angry,
There was a time wearing red would symbolize loyalty to the Soviets.
I love having gullible friends, don't you Sam's Army?
If it'll help get the point across, I can dredge up some red stuff to wear every Friday.
Only passing this on
Besides -- if I wear red on Fridays along with all those gay yellow Lance Armstrong bracelets, I'll look like Ronald McDonald.
A.P. Hill wore red shirts when a batttle was coming up.
No flame from me, I received this from my cousin and had not yet heard anything about it, I passed it on FYI. I'll watch for myself.
How Bout Red White and Blue but just red Reminds me of May day or something.

In third grade, a red bandanna and a pin adorned with Lenins bust would be added to our attire, signifying our entrance into the society of Young Communists. Because I left the USSR after second grade, I was never bestowed this honor. At the time, this was a great disappointment.
For me it's University of Wisconsin Badgers Red
Exactly. And at most times, since Marx, at least identification with Socialist movements. Why would anyone suggest Red as the color to show support for an American Army? Very strange. Blue, of course, is the color always associated with Conservatism.

And I'll keep my eye open for Ronald McDonald-looking people on Fridays. ;-)
