In the Libby trial they bring in Wilson and ask him if he referred to Plame as his CIA wife, if so when.
If he tells the truth, he's broken the law officially under oath.
If he lies he has broken the law under oath and you bring in witnesses against him.

All this is good for Libby and goes to the fact that Libby had nothing to do with outing Plame who was NOT covert anyway.

There was a time, not so long ago, that Joe was carrying the night for MSNBC and Crissy was lucky to be in the 250,000 range... looks like Scarborough trashing the President over Katrina and now bringing back O'donnell has really hurt his ratings.. It really caught my eye because I remembered that is where Marc Rich is living and there had been speculation/evidence for some time he's involved in OFF... so that was my first thought... the crawler only said the Swiss were indicting four people in oil for food and no names -- and, of course, everyone is so fixated on the no-scandal, scandal that they aren't reporting the important news..... like the final OFF report released today.
