If it was in a car and the car destroyed, would it still be a rambling wreck?

It's just a bunch of troubled students who were going to commit suicide with TATP packed backpacks. Happens all the time you know.

A device found in the dumpster near a Georgia Tech dormitory on the East Campus led to a temporary evacuation Monday morning.
School spokesperson Amille Gambino told 11Alive News the device appeared to be some water bottle with fireworks attached to them.
Atlanta fire and bomb squad teams were dispatched to the scene at 118 Bobby Dodd Way to handle the situation. About 11 a.m., authorities exploded the device.
More details as they become available.

We know they were upset but this is no reason to blow stuff up over a stupid football game. If anybody should be upset its Nebraska who is still outranked by a 3-3 Michigan team, oh the humanity.

'Terrorist Act' on Tech Campus
Last Modified: 10/10/2005 12:17:39 PM
Three explosive devices found in a courtyard between two Georgia Tech dormitories on the East Campus Monday morning were part of a "terrorist act," an Atlanta police official said.
One of the devices exploded, injuring the custodian who found them inside a plastic bag. Two others were detonated by a bomb squad.
The custodian suffered ringing to the ears and was treated at a local hospital. The events led to a temporary evacuation Monday morning.
