One of the many reasons why I believe that the "angel" who spoke to Mohammed wasn't an angel at all...

I think if Mohammed had taken his Thorazine we would all have been spared a thousand years of his infectious insanity....

I haven't been to Disneyland in years, but I remember when they had tickets, and it was the coolest place to go to : )

''I think if Mohammed had taken his Thorazine we would all have been spared a thousand years of his infectious insanity....''

Too true. But something bothers me about ALL children of Abraham. What's the difference between Abraham and Andrea Yates? If a voice in your head tells you to kill your children, you can be pretty sure it ain't God talking to you.

Channel 5 is a joke and has been for sometime. I will never forget after we won the Big 12 title game in Houston in 2002 for a right to go to the Rose Bowl, the morons from Channel 5 dissed our quarterback Nate Hybl right on the air. It was disgusting. More than once that station on sports has run a rumor as fact. Recently they ran a rumor from a message board without verifying it with local DA or OU.

I get irritated everytime I watch their news. I forget which media outlet controls them but Channel 9 is an independently, locally owned CBS affiliate that isn't afraid to do the tough stories.

Maybe this is stating the obvious, but what about everyone going over to Drudge and using the "send news tip" feature? He obviously hasn't gotten this tip yet.

You might just try adding some to your diet. The cinnamon has done WONDERS for me.

For some reason, cinnamon brings down blood sugar.

Anyone transcribed the other Channel 9 videos yet? Need to get the text down before they go poof. Not volunteering -- in enough trouble for surfing FR while at work!

PKM, are you going to the Texas/OU game or staying home to keep an eye on things at OU? ;>)

It's hard for me to see his "vision" as a purely natural phenomenon, because purely destructive natural phenomena tend to the chaotic and disordered. There is a pernicious order and logic to Mohammed's religion.

Mohammed's religion is diabolically ingenious. In order for the religion to gain widespread acceptance, Mohammedanism doesn't deny the God of the philosophers (First Cause, Prime Mover, Supreme Lawgiver, etc.) because the God of the philosophers can't be rationally denied. But Mohammed (or more probably, the devil) makes God the author of both good and evil, thus allowing many evils to be done in God's name. Many vices which are tempting to men are labeled as virtue, thus appealing to the worst characteristics of men, and ensuring the religion's spread, most often by force.

I haven't been diagnosed with high blood sugar but I've noticed that if I eat white flour products or sweet stuff, my sugar bounces around a lot. I can tell by the way I feel and the fact that I get so hungry that I want to eat the wallpaper off the walls. I found that eating a lot of vegetables makes a big difference. I eat them first to start to fill myself up and then the meat and by that time I don't do so many carbs and I try to make it fruit. I do better with rice but brown rice takes some getting used to. I don't know about the cinnamon thing either.

True, but if I were looking for cover in that manner, I would also not be living in what amounted to the "Pakistani section" of the campus.

He was not hiding his Muslim contacts, nor did he need to in today's hyper PC environment. His value as a "lily-white" was in being able (they hoped) to more easily penetrate security, purchase amm. nitrate, etc. But they needed to keep him living close to them, to keep him within their moonbat mind control.

Fenugreek is great for congestion. When I have a cold, I take that instead of Sudafed. It helps me keep from getting bronchitis which I get almost everytime I get sick. Some people I know who have tried it say it really helps their sinuses. And it doesn't leave you with that spacey feeling that OTC medications have. It also smells great, like maple flavoring.
