Does anyone actually think that even if the UN were given control of the Internet that they would actually be able to do it? The whole idea is crazy! The UN can't even control their own nations, let alone control something so technologically massive and complex as the WWW. No matter what controls they attempt to put in place, someone somewhere will come up with a way to go around it.
