It seems that some FReeper are totally uninterested about her opinion on many issues: family & abortion problem, gun right, eminent domain, war on terror.

Did you scroll down? She donated to the DNC and ALGORE for President!
Everyone else is a Texan or her boss.
THIS IS BAD NEWS!

No, the question
s are a great many. Is she: 1)Pro-life (really!) or "moderate" à la O'Connor?
2)Pro-gun or not?
3)Pro-Self-defense or Klintonian?
4)Against Eminent Domain or not?
4)Against Affirmative Action or not?
My candidate is one among these two: J. R. Brown or P. Owen.

SHE CAN'T BE THE NEXT ASSOCIATE JUSTICE!

Ok, she's sixty. This woman just cannot be his pick. It has to be a fake.
Right? We'll know very soon.

I'd love to have JRB on SCOTUS but I don't believe Bush has the will to do it.

Read the posts above: she donated money to Al Gore Campaign!!!

I do not know exactly where to go to acquire the information, but I strongly suggest that somebody go shopping through the judges in lower court posts confirmed to their positions during Bush's first term...
You know, the same ranks that Roberts was chosen from amongst?
I'll give even odds that the next nominee may fit a similar profile...in fact the next candidate on deck was likely already chosen as a second choice backup behind Roberts.

What I'm saying is, must every appointment be a Texan, or friend of the family?
Do you appreciate how many people are indebeted to the Bushes? The number is extraordinary.
A dynasty is being built before our eyes. When Jeb runs in 2012, who going to be able to match his fundraising and connections throughout the power structure of this nation?
Bush is better than the alternative, but I'm getting tired of Texans being put, seeming, in every federal post. (rant over)

She'll be pulverized by the opposition. Her CV simply is not impressive enough.

Dubya has made so many hints that he's going to pick Al Gonzales that he'll have some 'splainin' to do if he picks Al's successor as White House counsel instead. Unless Gonzales knows he's a red herring.

Bush needs to nominate the best conservative for the job, and that is clearly Janice Rogers Brown. The day that the majority party lets the minority dictate SCOTUS nominations will be a sad day for Democracy.
Come on Bush -- nominate JRB!! The liberals will whine and cry for weeks, but how's that any different than what they have been doing for years? Bush voters are 100% behind JRB.
