Air America, should be heard by as many undecided's as possible. The more they speak out, the louder they yell, the more we benefit.

Air America donors receive bumper stickers and tote bags, depending on the amount of their donation.

It seems like every liberal cause gives away a free tote bag. From what I understand, if you stacked the tote bags end to end, it'd reach the moon and back.

Who'da thought the liberals have that much to carry?

"In an e-mail to supporters, the network announced the Air America Associates program, which encourages donors to give $50, $100 or $250 to the company."

The above sequence of recommended denominations speaks volumes as to Air America's obvious desperation.

The lowest "encouragement" is $50? If AA wasn't in deep doo-doo the sequence of denominations would be more along the lines of $10, $25 and $50 versus $50, $100 and $250.

Gee, the left has quite the dilemma-- donate to NPR or donate to Air America. Well, at least NPR is entertaining drivel. Of course, NPR is nowhere near as rabidly anti-Bush....

They're just typical liberals. Always looking for a handout and someone else to pick up the tab.

>>"When we launched the Air America Radio network one year ago," the e-mail states, "the country was being talked to death by conservative zealots like Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Bill O'Reilly and others."

Conservatives who get high ratings because they make sense
and are talented and interesting. They make lots of money doing this and attract many advertisers. But who would want to advertise on AAR...big corporations? Why would they want to advertise on a network that despises corporations? And
advertisers want to get their word out on stations that actually HAVE listeners, and lots of them. Every time the TALKERS magazine list of the most listened to hosts comes out, we see Rush, Hannity, Savage, Ingraham, O'Reilly--
millions upon millions of listeners. Where are
Franken, Springer, Rhodes on that list?

Yes now Err Amerika include that 5 watt monster airhorn located in the basement of Pothead Pete's Mom's house.

70 stations is a STARTING point for a national conservative show.

Just goes to show the liberal point of view just doesn't sell in this country no matter how hard they try to ram it down our throats.

[Ratings for Air America programs, such as the one anchored by comedian Al Franken, remain low...]

Back when Al Franken was a bad comedian he was billed as an activist, presumably to excuse his failure at comedy.

Now that he's an activist he's being billed as a comedian, presumably to excuse his failure at activism.

He might not be a comedian, but he is hilarious.

"the country was being talked to death by conservative zealots like Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Bill O'Reilly and others."

Ironically enough... Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and O'Reilly were actually in response to years of left wing papers and magazines back when there WAS no forum for Conservatives. Thanks to Rush, G Gordon Liddy, in the early 90's and FreeRepublic, Drudge et al, in the late 90's we are now a force to be reckoned with.

Hell, who brought the protest back? It was FreeRepublic in October of '98 witk the march on D.C.

I suppose they should send a personal appeal to soros.

He's got plenty of dough...and I can't think of a better person than soros to throw his money down the liberal toilet.

One more example that liberal = socialist. If Americans are dying to hear their message, why not let the market of supply and demand take care of the advertising dollars?

Has this ever happened before? Did Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, or Howard Stern ever need to send anyone a letter begging for money???

When Henry Ford perfected the assembly line, did the horse and buggy industry send out letters to travelers begging them not to get sucked in by this passing fad called the automobile? The horse and buggy will always be there for you!
