Looking for Text of Bush's Katrina Speech

I searched for the words: "Bush speech text address transcript" individually and in various combinations.

But I cannot find the actual text of his speech. I'm sure it must be here on FR. Can anyone direct me to it?

I couldn't find any speeches by Sam Bush, but I found this quote:

One day in 1996, Sam Bush (formerly of New Grass Revival) was asked what it felt like making his own business decisions for a change. "Well," he replied, "I've had to fire myself a couple of times."

Then that would explain the lack of respect you demonstrated by NOT referring to President Bush.
