WRONG PREMISE that Scalia and Thomas wish to turn back 80-100 years of "PROGRESS."

A dud.
It was such a lame attempt that I don't even remember what it was about.

I don't see how the dims can mount serious opposition to the next nominee if they do not support this nominee.
Of course, the next nominee might be to the left of Roberts - we don't know yet.

Chuckie says he's been up at night just wondering how he will vote Chuck has no problem telling lies, when it suits his purpose.
He lied when he said, on the Senate floor, that none of his constituents were conerned about having a vote on Miguel Estrada.

Typical liberal canard - we're still not satisfied.
Liberals will never be satisfied until they're back in power - in the mean time -IGNORE THE BASTARDS!
To: daybreakcoming
Well his answer is sums is up quite nicely. They're to decide what kind of Judge he will be by looking at what kind of Judge he's been. Enough now!

What really makes me mad is all they are doing is speech making. They're not asking questions, or if they do it's in the final 2 seconds.
I think they should reduce the time senators can speak to just enough to actually ask a question.

Turbin had a memo that was supposed to damage Roberts....and when he had his moment to spring it.
Roberts said he WASN'T in the meeting when the 'damaging' part was discussed.
