Why doesn't Roberts just shut down this whole line of questioning, once and for all? He's trying to
Biden is trying to make this personal
The Court is not suppose to make decisions on personal feelings
They are to look at a case, the facts and how it applies to the constitution

Biden thinks he's found a wedge issue.
Robert's ain't taking the bait.

Sometimes I wish Roberts would say "I can't comment because I haven't heard the lawyers make the constitutional argument yet. No matter how certain I am about whether something should be constitutional or not, that is a matter for which I have to allow the possibility that a lawyer will present an argument which would persuade me in the other direction."
Biden: "The law is about life" -- while talking about a hypothetical where someone wants to kill themselves.
"Life is Death". The Democrat Motto.

"It's now the top of the third inning and Judge Roberts is ahead 18-0." That should invoke the "Mercy Rule."
Thanks for the entertainment.
